At Juniper Hill, our goal is to deliver a finer dining experience in a casual setting. We are a learning environment where we teach what we know and learn what we don't. You will have the opportunity to work with highly experienced and trained professionals and grow in areas that interest you.

We have a full craft bar, rotating global wine list and serve lunch, Friday-Sunday and dinner, Wednesday-Sunday.  Closed Mondays & Tuesdays; Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve/Day, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day.

We're Looking for an organized, enthusiastic hard working individual to work as a liaison between servers and the JH kitchen team to help ensure quality, accuracy and timeliness.
Full/part time position; Wednesday-Sunday.

SERVER 

Juniper Hill is searching for hospitable, energetic, highly-motivated individuals who will thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented, professional environment. Candidates must be hard working with a true interest in good food and drink.

Servers will be expected to utilize our POS system, service both food and drinks and offer guests verbal explanations/descriptions of our frequently changing, seasonal menu and wine list. Experience in a full service restaurant is required; interest in wine service is preferred.

Professional growth is promoted through on-site training and food/wine tastings and staff dining discounts are offered to further enhance your understanding of what we do at Juniper Hill.

Flexible schedules; must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed (Closed Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day)

PREP COOK/LEAD LINE COOK

Our kitchen is looking for talented, like-minded people, to collectively run the kitchen – working together to bring our guests inventive, delicious food. All levels of experience welcome. While experience and education are preferred, a passion for good food, a drive to excel and attention to detail are key. We realize a cook’s life requires dedication and determination and are working hard to bring balance to our team. 4-5 day work weeks available; full or part time. Paid vacation & sick time.  

As part of the BOH Team at Juniper Hill, you will...

  • Take in daily deliveries
  • Assist in butchering
  • Cook with locally grown and/or meticulously sourced ingredients
  • Collaborate on our frequently changing menu based on the day's deliveries and catch
  • Learn all stations; manage a specific station
  • Oversee nightly orders for your station
  • Communicate respectfully with other and all members of the team
